Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a furniture pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
